Happy 6th Magical Anniversary to the All Pretty Cure Community Page!!!

As the first ever social media page dedicated to the Pretty Cure Series celebrates this special occasion, let me show you about its brief history as well as its current logo's features and other stuff.

BRIEF PROFILE AND HISTORY (UPDATED)

All Pretty Cure !!! or APC (Japanese オール プリキュア !!!, Ōru PuriKyua !!!) is a fan page of Facebook that dedicates to the most popular mahou shoujo anime series of this generation, the Pretty Cure Series. It was founded on March 9, 2010 by the founder admin Blazing Shana. A few weeks later, some of the new admins, including the now admin Keiko, Jossa Manalili aka Yona Kuromatoki, have been added to the page; though some of them were giving up the adminship on that time. The first season APC covered was Heart Catch Pretty Cure! (Blossom era), although it posted some earlier ones like Futari wa Pretty Cure, Pretty Cure Max Heart, Pretty Cure Splash Star, Yes! Pretty Cure 5, Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo! and Fresh Pretty Cure!

The years 2011 (Melody era) and 2012 (Happy era) marked the engagement of the newest set of admins such as Boy Alegre, who's also the founder of the Pretty Cure Philippines group, which is now one of the APC's sister pages, joined the fan page in the year when the Suite season aired; and Arvee Andaya aka GarrenPineDiamond (now shortened to Garren) and Dean Diaz aka Cloud #10 in the following year. The Pretty Cure Asia & Global Fans Club (Just Addicted, Pretty Cures!), another sister page of APC, was founded by Keiko (then using her cosplay name) in June 2012. On October of that year, the APC original herself took over the head adminship and is also in monitoring and updating on some otaku events in her home country, the Philippines, particularly in the National Capital Region. The APC was slowly involved in major and minor otaku events, mostly from the Philippines. 2012 is also the year when the "Insert Caption Here" segment was born.

In 2013 (Heart era), APC launched its first Admin Hiring Event and thus added admins Oscar Barber aka OujiKlondike and Williukea (who's voluntarily left the group) while the original admin changes her name to Keiko (after Keima Katsuragi's cross-dressing form from The World God Only Knows). The PreCure Memes page was launched in November of that year and later only enlisted as its latest addition to the sister pages list, in September 2014. 

2014 marked the Pretty Cure 10th Anniversary, thus APC had became more active in the said occasion; especially on covering the Cure series' 11th entry, Happiness Charge Pretty Cure! (Lovely era), by turning the congratulatory messages screenshots into ad parodies (with the exception of the 500th episode message) as well as getting more and more updates on the episode releases, preview pics, news and upcoming events either related, connected or not related to the franchise! On October of that year when the official logo was conceptualized and created by no less than head admin Keiko. A few weeks later, it was posted in the fan page along with the 5th anniversary logo. The first outside Pretty Cure coverage during that time is the contemporary anime version of the iconic Sailor Moon franchise, Sailor Moon Crystal. While the concept of proper charity and being a good Samaritan has usually applied to the anime, APC started a series of charity work collaborations for the less-fortunate people of Earth in different ways via the spirit of the Cures' heroic deeds which are still continued up to this day.

In 2015, APC celebrated its 5th Grand Royal Anniversary simultaneously with the HaChaPC finale, the witnessing of the baton pass message from Cure Lovely to Cure Flora - the first of a kind in the anime franchise - and the start of the Cure series' 12th season and the 10th generational installment, Go! Princess Pretty Cure (Flora era). The year saw the campus tours in regards to the otaku culture world in the colleges and universities' line of activities, now known as Team APC Visita Escuela. Among of those include Japanime Fair of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Manila, St. Paul University-Quezon City's Cosplay Competition and the most recent UP AME Fair of the University of the Philippines-Diliman. The anniversary introduced a role play post series, the APC RPSerye, and the resurrection of the "Insert Caption Here" segment posts. The team continued to engage in some Filipino otaku conventions such as Ozine Fest, ToyCon, Cosplay Mania and Otaku Expo. However on September 20, 2016, the team represented by Keiko made a huge achievement at the 1st Asia Pop Comicon (APCC) that was first held at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. This made also the first in the page's 5-year history to attend one of the biggest geek cons in Asia and on Earth, and even so doing the hashtag #APCAtAPCC. The page continued to do some outside-the-fandom coverage, this time it's Binan Koukou Chikyuu Bouei-bu LOVE!, Senki Zesshou Symphogear GX and Gatchaman Crowds Insight. On May 2015, APC launches its Instagram account. And for the very first time, banners for the page became stagnant when it adopted the main and secondary banners pertaining to follow the Pretty Cure Series calendar . The first featured main banner is all six of the Cure seasons covered by the page - one for February to July (before Cure Scarlet was added) and the second for August to January (with the latter, following her heel-face turn and subsequently joins the Princess team). While the first featured secondary banners are Cures Lovely and Flora for February to July, and the two Pretty Cure helpers from Earth which are Seiji Sagara and Yui Nanase for August to January (although the latter mentions are already used starting July). The page then even resurrected the video posts section when it showed the first two trailers of the then upcoming Go! Princess Pretty Cure the Movie: Go! Go! Gouka Sanbon Date!! (Go! Go! Triple Gorgeous Feature!!) Before the end of 2015, a new admin, Timothy San Juan aka Grimoire, had included via an invitation that in which was also a first to do so in 3 years.

The year-long Team APC 5th Grand Royal Anniversary partially ended on December 31, 2015, and along with the GPPC finale episode and the Cure series' second baton pass message this time from Cure Flora to Cure Miracle, it officially ended on January 31, 2016. The page got moved forward for its 6th Magical Anniversary, with the anime franchise's 13th season Mahou Tsukai Pretty Cure! (Miracle era) as well as still continued to deliver various things in and out of the Cure series into a whole new level.

FEATURES OF THE APC LOGO

The official All Pretty Cure !!! logo was based on the logo of the Asia Pacific College, but consists of pink (represents the Pretty Cure leaders), blue (represents the blue Cures) and yellow (represents the yellow Cures) with the acronym "APC" on the left representing the usual standard main or sub colors of some Pretty Cures. The pink (top right and bottom left), blue (top and bottom middle) and yellow (right third row, bottom right) lines symbolizing the three Pretty Cure values: love, hope and courage (ai to kibou to yuuki).

The words "All Pretty Cure" consists of the main and/or sub colors of the official Pretty Cures in the franchise. At the bottom of the third row, right sided yellow line indicating "est. 2010" in pink that refers to the establishment of the first Pretty Cure Facebook fan page. The fonts used in the logo are Lucida Console and Liberation Sans Narrow.

FEATURES OF THE 5TH ANNIVERSARY LOGO

On October 31, 2014, a commemorative logo of APC was revealed in the wall post to prepare its 5th anniversary in 2015 (later renamed as the Team APC 5th Grand Royal Anniversary). The font used at the bottom of the APC logo was Politico in which, like in the official, consists of the main and/or sub colors of the official Pretty Cures.
