Haruka Yoshimura's Blog Message to the Pretty Cure Fans

As a continuous honor to the now-outgoing Pretty Cure helper from Earth as well as an advanced birthday treat to her seiyuu Haruka Yoshimura, here's a too amazing yet inspired message to the Cure fans regarding the recent finale of Go! Princess Pretty Cure from Yoshimura's Ameblo site.

FOREWORD: This post was made as an advanced birthday celebration of Haruka Yoshimura on Valentines' Sunday (February 14, 2016).

The final episode of Go! Princess Pretty Cure was aired!!
Looking back as a viewer, I watched the Pretty Cure series for a long time.
In fact, I've answered that "I want to appear in the Pretty Cure series by 2020" in a magazine interview.
Yet I felt happy when my Cure series debut was determined.
But there are more than happy things...
Before the weekly audio recording sessions, the anime staff, who were in per episode basis, had taught us about their own feelings and contemplation when they produced episodes.
When I heard their messages about all the episodes, I felt the love of the staff to their own anime works which had filled with episodes.
I felt the excitement when I watched the TV broadcasting!

When having after job drinking parties, I spoke them about anime productions.
I was really happy to get such a nice job in the nice seiyuu/voice acting field.

Among Go! Pri, it showed dreams many times.
This work showed the importance to overcome painful things to strive for the dreams, in addition to their greatness.
For example, Kirara-chan's episode for she was able to defend Karin-chan's dream but absented her own work.
I was surprised that "they described realistic reality" in this anime.
I was then moved when Minami-san had felt sense of guilt towards her new dream than to take over the Kaido family business and when Towa-chan declared, "While I'll shoulder my past sins as Twilight, I'm aiming to become a Grand Princess again."

They're all still middle high school students, but I thought "they have heavy and complex feelings in their own hearts."
I thought that "I want to receive their own feelings instead of them."
However, they were succeeded to become Grand Princesses because they grown enough through overcoming towards their own feelings.
I like Flora so much.

I've given courage many times from Flora's words.

Flora/Haruka-chan's heart hadn't shaking.
But among in the hot battle against Close-san, it was really nice that she noticed that important thing.

Flora...

Puff-chan and Aroma-kun were always cute.
But I was impressed that they were did the best effort at the time they should work hard.

Everyone's "acting" and "their approach with respect to their own work" was really nice.
I learned a lot from them.

And I want to tell about Yui-chan because the final episode airing was ended already!!

"I love everyone. I want to help them out. That's why I want to become a Pretty Cure just like you, Towa-chan. I've thought about that before." (GPPC episode 28)
When I said on Yui's message above in the voice recording at first, I played as a "shameless feeling because I can't support everyone who're Cures."
But the staff said, "Sorry, but please don't perform like she felt sorry. Because she was a strong girl that knew clearly she could in her own mind. Please perform her with those feelings that overcome her own distress."
He said that Yui-chan had overcame her own distress.
I felt that her mind had grown stronger.

Of course, "If I would become a Pretty Cure..." means to "I want have a power to protect them." It wasn't mean that "I want to become a Pretty Cure."

Yui-chan had produced her own key, and she was able to get the power to support the Cures finally.

Yui-chan, whose dreams had came true, after she had said that she wanted to fulfill her own dream.
When I saw "By Yui Nanase," I really respected Yui-chan!
Yui-chan was fought by her own fighting style.
Her fighting style gave me courage!
It was a year as such dreams turn to reality!

Before the final episode audio recording, I had placed a message following the 50th episode:
"Even it is the place where we want to stay forever, we have to depart from there for our own step up. I want to go ahead with gratitude feelings than loneliness."
Thank you, Go! Princess Pretty Cure!
Thank you, Yui Nanase!
I was happy to proceed with you!
Until we meet again someday,
Gokigen yo (Have a good day)!

GPPC Finale Episode Review and Message

The finale was super duper tearjerking and amazingly memorable, I mean some things have been in that including the emotional reunion of the Hope Kingdom's royal family (and Kanata's got manly tears, aw!), that freaking last tea hangout with Towachi, Puff and Aroma plus Kirara is surely going to push her amazing dream of being a supermodel in France afterwards and that one last convey between Haru-Haru and Kanata... KIIIIII!!!! I really hate to let these two separate from each other but yeah, I guess this is a goodbye... For now. :'(

cry emotic
For the heck fighting convey between Grand Princess Flora and Super Close Ver. 2.0 (because of the merging with Dyspear's spirit), it quite reminded me much of the second-to-finale episode of Suite with Noise except the purifying stuff though. Yet to me it was like a fight between resilience (Flora) vs revenge (Close) and I like how what our blooming Cure leader has said that dreams and despair are two different things in the same coin, which is, all over again, super duper ultra mega very true. All of us, regardless of social status, nationality, religion etc, may be accepted the fact that there's always darkness in this beautiful yet cruel planet so we can't completely destroy its embodiment all by ourselves. But through learning the things we acquired, determination, hard work, advises and consults from family and friends and more importantly, the divine intersection and intervention, we can overcome the tough challenges faced with our own feet so that we won't ever let fall into the brink of darkness ever again to the next generation. I must add, the various sins committed by our ancestors in the past centuries should be corrected by creating new ways and amends that only us, the human beings of the contemporary era, can do in order to attain harmony and unity among ourselves.

BONUS: Shut and Lock were at least looked forward and moved on from their past evil deeds now. Aw, that scene when Lock was compared the roses that Shut saw to Scarlet.

Love that years-after scene of the four Princess Cures: Towachi the HK's Grand Queen, Kirara the accomplished international supermodel, Minamin the cool marine vet and Haru-Haru the confidently beautiful real princess with a heart; plus (again) for the very first time in the Cure series history, we've been witnessed an Earthling Cure helper having a years-after moment as well. D'oh, I loved Yui-Yui's picture book! I'm so very, very proud of her so much. *sniffs* I know it's taking place in the future but... Aw man! Why can't I hold all of those feels?!!

And to honor our cool royal heroes, I decided to change their lines in the one last hand-holding part into the ever-famous line from The Three Musketeers series...

Haru-Haru: All right guys, let’s do this! ONE FOR ALL...
Princess Cures, Yui-Yui, Puff and Aroma: AND ALL FOR ONE!!!

---0---

And now, I'll like to do a damn very long final message to GPPC:

Thanks for showing us about being CONFIDENTLY STRONG, GENTLE AND BEAUTIFUL WITH A GREAT HEART through the power of hope and dreams of everybody...

The most beautiful royal warriors in the universe (and one of my best Cure teams ever so far)... Haru-Haru, Minamin, Kirara and Towachi... The Princess Pretty Cures...

The cute yet brave Royal Fairies of the Hope Kingdom (and among of my best main and minor Cure mascots)... Puff, Aroma, Ms. Shamour and Kuroro...

The coolest and most awesome extraterrestrial ally ever (and a WAY TOO BETTER ONE actually than Joe and Blue-sama)... Prince Hope Grand Kanata...

The ever-so clumsy yet eventually badass reformed ex-villains (and among of my best fave villains who mostly got reformed to the good side)... Shut and Lock...

The splendid, gorgeous and amazing peeps who’ve became part or change of their own lives thanks to the royal heroes... The Noble Academy crew like Shirogane-san, Mochizuki-sensei, Yuki-kun, Ranko, the NA Student Council et al; the Princess Cures’ families like the Haruno, the Kaido and the Amanogawa-Takamahara clans as well as the Hope King and Queen; and other sided supporting characters too like Mngr. Tachi, Rin-Rin, Bourollo-san, Tina etc...

And most of all...

The one who made everything possible, the one who encouraged us on Earth, and the universe rather, to believe in the power of dreams; the one who became the spiritual symbol against the wicked despair, the only presence of hope and ultimate key of dreams of the entire humanity, the “sun” of the Princess Cures, the illustrator of humanity’s hope and dreams, our youngest Earthling helper in the entire Cure series franchise, our resourcing Cure helper that creates a LOT of amazing things her predecessors didn’t have, the extraordinary roommate and friend of our blooming Flora, the incredible and valuable helper of our dear Princess Cures... Yui Nanase...

Oh yeah, special mention goes to the evil group that made us so wicked throughout the past year and challenged us about what despair really was... Dys Dark... Dyspear, Close, Stop and Freeze...

I must say that I’ve been enjoyed the cool ride for a year and this is actually one of my best Pretty Cure seasons ever (after Futari wa, Max Heart, Splash Star, Heart Catch, Suite and Smile). Everything in this amazing Cure season teaches us that we must strive hard about our dreams (with divine presence, of course) by not giving up on it and falling into despair. Tama nga ‘yung sinabi ni Flora, ang pagdurusa ay laging nandyan. Pero huwag hayaan itong manalo (Flora’s statement was really right, despair is always there. But don’t let it win). Bumangon at gumawa ng mga hakbang para matupad ang ating mga pangarap (Get up and make some amends to make our dreams come true). And oh yes, I have to add Yui-Yui’s line back in episode 48:

“The one who can fulfill your dream in the end... Is yourself!”

Plus I’d like to congratulate the cast and staff of Go! Princess Pretty Cure for a job well done. I don’t wanna mention their names but yeah, they’re all amazing and very talented at the same time. On my point of view, I have a lot of dreams (some minor ones actually) have been mostly fulfilled, so I must do the same thing to my own dream of being a journalist by pursuing it. Huwag na huwag iaasa sa iba at puro reklamo nasa isip at kaluluwa, dapat magsikap tayong lahat at bigyan ng saysay ang mga buhay natin para sa ikauunlad ng Earth (Don’t dare rely on others and pure complaints on the mind and soul, we should all work hard and give a good meaning to our lives for Earth’s development).

Once again from the bottom of my heart...

Adieu... Adios... Paalam... Sayonara...
Goodbye, Haruno Squad. Your greatest legacies will be forever lived on in our senses...
Till then, gokigen yo! :’)

And now... It is now time to pass the torch!

From a princess to a witch... Welcome to the camp, Cure Miracle!

The first chapter of the new decade in the Pretty Cure Series has just ended, yet a new chapter of it is about to unfold...

My Forecasts for the Go! Princess Pretty Cure Finale

It's the time of the year all over again as the Pretty Cure Series takes another and expected season finale coming into our shores.

The what ifs on the upcoming finale fight of the Princess Cures will now deck on us, the Cure fans, which can be triggered and affected in it. For Shut, it seems that he'd possible have a heel-face turn ala Michiru and Kaoru Kiryuu, Bunbee, Wester and Souler and Regina because... You know, he got so many failures and I think it's about time to step out of Dyspear's league and went to the side of the Haruno Squad once and for all; thus reuniting with Towachi/Cure Scarlet for a second chance (is this pun sounds familiar?). For Dyspear, I think she'll get a monstrous form and blast the Princess Cures in just a single blow and deform to their muggle selves. All four, and maybe Puff, Aroma, Yui-Yui, Kanata, Ms. Shamour and Kuroro, would face the huge despair they ever faced, about thrice than the one of Haru-Haru during episode 39.

Will the hand-holding thing come back in the finale? I hope so and if it does, this is one of the possible things to attain the Grand Princess forms. Yet I think it'll be with Scarlet and Kanata and maybe, the four Royal Fairies this time. As for Yui-Yui's upgraded willpower, that'd also a possibility whether for the said mention or restoring her Cure partners' powers and popping that golden DUK from nowhere to attain that final upgrade; or even, activating her own eleventh-hour power ala Ayumi "Cure Echo" Sakagami.

A fellow Cure fandom comrade of mine commented on the All Pretty Cure Facebook page that Yui-Yui would possibly be Dyspear birth daughter (OMG!!! I don't wanna happen unless a plot twist would occur in the style of Darth Vader's "Luke, I'm your father" thingy from Star Wars!) or even, the light to the dark witch's dark (ala Aguri/Cure Ace and Regina kind of thing) or a princess of another realm conquered by her. And thus, my inner and outer layers of my body had gone crazy following these proportions. Of the Cure helpers I've been encountered in my quite longtime Pretty Cure series fandom years (9 and a half years to be exact and going on a decade anniversary this 2016), I think Yui-Yui is the only one whose existence has been in mystery up to this moment.

About the upcoming finale fight, well I get the fact that the all-Cure upgrade during the season finale fight trope would have a miraculous comeback after two heck seasons, in short, about three years of getting the ever infamous Shibata Curse or the Cure leader-only upgrade trope would soon be ended now that the fiftieth and the finale episode of GPPC (the second season to have that following Fresh Pretty Cure!) has been revealed (and so as episodes 48 and 49 later on once the scans have been posted). Also for the first time since FPC (Heart Catch to Happiness Charge got their real main bad guys as final bosses and not the predicament main ones during their respective season finales), the main baddie will also be the final boss for the season, in this case, it's totally Dyspear! Plus, we'd about to see the golden Dress Up Key in the opening, in which could be the activation for the Grand Princess forms. Yet, we'll wait and see what our dear Princess Cures look like in the season's coda.

On Yui-Yui's involvement and participation in the finale fight, it seems that she'd be part of it but I wanted to have in a different approach, in contrast with Seiji's involvement in the HaChaPC finale fight but brainwashed and received a dark form, this time. Therefore, I'm still hoping and praying that she'd never ever be like her HaCha counterpart. The same goes with Kanata, because for me that he's more reliable and super useful so far than his not-so ungodly predecessor Blue-sama; so I'm betting that he'll be in there. But just like everything in the real world and in fiction, only time will tell.
